All our classic range SPC flooring products that we sell have 50% stone, 47% polymer, and 3% Cool Cure. This technology is the 1st of its kind in the world giving at most strength possible and cooling features. Also, it comes with IXPE fitted acoustic underlay. All our classic range products carry a 15-year product warranty.

What is SPC flooring?

SPC flooring is the latest technology available in the market today. Its a multi layered deck comprising of a rigid core board strengthened by stone and polymer. Above the core we have many surfaces of vinyl film for the aesthetics with built in uv protection ensuring there is never any fading on the products.

The wear layer which is the top surface product is extremely strong and has shelf life of twenty years. What is CoolCure?

CoolCure is a recently invented silicon based product. When this is applied to stone / cement in powder form then mixed with the correct formula of water will give superior cooling properties as well as increase of fifty percent (50%) of tactile strength than anything other flooring companies in Dubai can offer on a like for like basis.
